Add and Remove Answer Languages

You can set the available languages when creating Reference, Email, Messaging, or Public Answers. This ensures that Answers are only written and are made available in languages that your company supports.
Add Answer language
Watch Out - Answer language cannot be removed
Only add languages you have definite plans to support now or soon. Languages cannot be removed once added.
- Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Answers category, click Languages. The page will display the languages that are currently available for use to create Answers.
- Click Add Language.
- In the Add Answer Language page, you can select the language(s) you want to start using, then click Save.
- The list will show available languages that have not been added to your existing language list. If there are no languages to select, it means you have already added all the languages to your current list.
- If you don't see the language you need, please contact Gladly Support.

- The language(s) you added will appear in the Answers language selection list when creating a new Answer.
Note - Right to left languages
While Answers supports most ISO 639-1 standard language codes, right to left languages like Arabic, Hebrew, and Aramaic are currently not supported. For all other languages, contact Gladly Support if you don’t see the language you need in the UI. Please allow us two weeks to add a new language.Remove Answer language
Once an Answer language is added, it cannot be removed. If you add a language by mistake, please work with your team to ensure they do not use the language that was accidentally added.
