Edit and Stop a Proactive Email Campaign Outreach

Manage your Email Campaign to make changes to your Email Campaign details.

Edit Email Campaign

Edit an Email Campaign to change its meta details, including the description and the Campaign schedule.

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Proactive Conversations category, click Proactive Email.
  4. The Proactive Email page lists Email Campaign(s) that have been created.
  5. To the right of the Campaign you created, click the kebab icon (three dots), then click Edit Campaign.
  6. Proceed to update your Campaign details.
  7. Click Save.

Delete Email Campaign

Delete an Email Campaign if you no longer need the outreach.

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Proactive Conversations category, click Proactive Email.
  4. The Proactive Email page lists Email Campaign(s) that have been created.
  5. To the right of the Campaign you created, click the kebab icon (three dots), then click Delete Campaign.
  6. From the confirmation prompt, click Delete Campaign.

Stop Email Outreach

Stop an Email Campaign outreach in Scheduled or In Progress status. Outreach cannot be restarted once it’s stopped.

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Proactive Conversations category, click Proactive Email.
  4. The Proactive Email page lists Email Campaign(s) that have been created.
  5. To the right of the Campaign you created, click the kebab icon (three dots), then click Edit Recipients.
  6. Click the Scheduled or In Progress tab.
  7. To the right of the recipient row you want to stop outreach for, click the kebab icon (three dots), then click Stop Outreach.
  8. From the confirmation prompt, click Stop.
