Edit and Stop SMS Campaign and Outreach

Manage your SMS Campaign to make changes to your SMS Campaign details.

Edit SMS Campaign

Edit an SMS Campaign to change its meta details, including the description and the Campaign schedule.

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Proactive Conversations category, click Proactive SMS.
  4. The Proactive SMS page lists SMS Campaign(s) that have been created.
  5. To the right of the Campaign you created, click the kebab icon (three dots), then click Edit Campaign.
  6. Proceed to update your Campaign details, then click Save.

Delete SMS Campaign

Delete an SMS Campaign if you no longer need the outreach.

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Proactive Conversations category, click Proactive SMS.
  4. The Proactive SMS page lists SMS Campaign(s) that have been created.
  5. To the right of the Campaign you created, click the kebab icon (three dots), then click Delete Campaign.
  6. From the confirmation prompt, click Delete Campaign.

Stop SMS Outreach

Stop an SMS Campaign outreach in Scheduled or In Progress status. Outreach cannot be restarted once it’s stopped.

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Proactive Conversations category, click Proactive SMS.
  4. The Proactive SMS page lists SMS Campaign(s) that have been created.
  5. To the right of the Campaign you created, click the kebab icon (three dots), then click Edit Recipients.
  6. Click the Scheduled or In Progress tab.
  7. To the right of the recipient row you want to stop outreach for, click the kebab icon (three dots), then click Stop Outreach.
  8. From the confirmation prompt, click Stop.
