Manage your SMS Campaign to make changes to your SMS Campaign details.
Edit SMS Campaign
Edit an SMS Campaign to change its meta details, including the description and schedule.
Click on the top left corner of the screen.
Click Settings.
Under the Proactive Conversations category, click Proactive SMS.
The Proactive SMS page lists SMS Campaign(s) that have been created.
To the right of the Campaign you created, click , then select Edit Campaign.
See Create a Proactive SMM Campaign for details on how to set up an SMS Campaign.
Proceed to update your Campaign details, then click Save.
Delete SMS Campaign
Delete an SMS Campaign if you no longer need the outreach.
Click on the top left corner of the screen.
Click Settings.
Under the Proactive Conversations category, click Proactive SMS.
The Proactive SMS page lists SMS Campaign(s) that have been created.
To the right of the Campaign, click , then select Delete Campaign.
From the confirmation prompt, click Delete Campaign.
Stop SMS Outreach
Stop an SMS Campaign outreach in Scheduled or In Progress status. Once it's stopped, the outreach cannot be restarted.
Click on the top left corner of the screen.
Click Settings.
Under the Proactive Conversations category, click Proactive SMS.
The Proactive SMS page lists SMS Campaign(s) that have been created.
To the right of the Campaign you created, click, then click Edit Recipients.
Click the Scheduled or In Progress tab.
To the right of the recipient row you want to stop outreach for, click , then click Stop Outreach.
From the confirmation prompt, click Stop.
