Q. Will People Match affect an Agent's 'availability' status?

People Match primarily deals with how Customers are routed to Agents who are available to receive work. This means Agents will still:

• Go available like they normally would.
• Click "Close & Next" or "Next" to be routed new Customers.
• Still use Agent Status (Active or Away) to manage their status.
