People Match currently only applies to Email and Messaging Channel (text-based) Contacts. It does not currently support Voice and Tasks.
Because Voice and Tasks are currently not supported, in limited situations, you may notice that Voice and Tasks get routed ahead of emails boosted by People Match, even if those have a later due date than the email. As a reminder, Voice will always get routed first ahead of other queued Contacts.
