Set Up Medallia Agent Connect Integration

Before you start

Review the following information before you connect Medallia Agent Connect to Gladly.

  • Make sure you have access to Medallia Agent Connect.
  • Gather the following information and send it over to Medallia Agent Connect contact:
    • API Token – Token is generated in Gladly
    • Gladly URL – Your Gladly domain (i.e., {YOUR-COMPANY}.gladly.com}
    • Email address – The email address used for the integration

Because this integration is managed by Medallia Agent Connect, complete setup information can be found on their website. Keep in mind that you need to have an Administrator or API User role in Gladly to set up the webhooks.

Tip - Include the Customer's previous CSAT rating as part of the Customer Profile
You can include the previous CSAT rating provided by the Customer as part of the Customer Card instead of seeing it through the Conversation Timeline. Contact Gladly Support to enable this option.
