Before you start
Review the following information before you connect Corso to Gladly.
This is a two-part configuration process that must be done in sequential order:
Collect your Signing Key and Corso API Key from Corso.
Connect Corso to Gladly and contact Gladly Support to activate the integration.
Because Corso created and managed this integration, the rest of the integration documentation can be found in their knowledge base.
