Before you start
Review the following information before you connect Simplr to Gladly.
To set up your Simplr integration with Gladly, you must first work with your Simplr partner success team member and fill out the information on your Simplr Partner Dashboard.
Gather the following information:
API token – Token is generated in Gladly.
Gladly URL – Your Gladly domain (i.e., {YOUR-COMPANY}.gladly.com}.
Email address – The email address used for the integration.
Connect Simplr to Gladly
Because this integration is managed by Simplr, complete setup information can be found on their website. Remember that you need an API User role in Gladly to generate API tokens.
