What should I do if I see an error message instead of the return information?

Try to refresh the customer profile by clicking on the three dots next to the customer name and then select “Refresh customer data.” If you still do not see data, wait a few more minutes and try again. If you continue to see the error let us know by contacting Gladly Support.
