You can archive or unarchive Priority Boost scenarios as your prioritization needs evolve.
Archive existing Priority Boost scenarios
By archiving Priority Boost scenarios, you effectively deactivate those scenarios and stop them from prioritizing matching the Right Customers to the next available Agent.
From the Add Priority Boost screen, in the Active tab, hover over the name of the scenario you want to deactivate and click .
From the prompt, confirm your request and click Archive Priority Boost. Archived scenarios are moved to the Archived tab.
Click Enable Changes to apply your request.
You may continue to see Customers being matched based on the Priority Boost you just archived until the changes are fully deployed, which could take a few minutes.
Unarchive Priority Boost
From the Add Priority Boost screen, in the Archived tab, hover over the name of the scenario you want to deactivate and click .
From the prompt, click Unarchive Priority Boost to confirm your request.
Click Enable Changes to apply your request.
