If you only see a blank screen after you log in, this is typically caused by browser extensions that are preventing Gladly from loading. Firewalls, viruses, and spyware software like McAfee and Norton can also interfere with Gladly's ability to load all components and functions. Make sure you have these types of extensions disabled.
To see if an extension is causing the blank screen, open a browser tab in incognito mode and try to access Gladly again. If this works, you must see which extension is blocking Gladly. If it doesn't, please work with your IT team.
