Who maintains the integration
SupporTrends integration with Gladly is built and maintained by SupporTrends.
Basic scope
When a Conversation is closed in Gladly via API, SupporTrends detects this change, knowing when a Conversation is ready for analysis.
How the integration works
A webhook listens for closed Conversations in Gladly. SupporTrends then read the Conversation data using Natural Language Processing to associate entities, verbs, and Topics with sentiments, speakers, and timings. Other endpoints are used to retrieve Conversation data.
