Sort Inbox Views

View permissions by role

Conversations and Tasks in each Inbox are sorted in descending order, with the most recently updated Conversation or Task at the top.

You can re-sort them in reverse order (i.e., oldest Conversation or Task at the top and most recently updated at the bottom) by clicking the down caret icon at the top right corner of the Inbox.

To put them back in descending order, click /.
