Before you start

Review the following information before you connect Ordergroove to Gladly.

Changing how we connect to Ordergroove

On 22nd September 2025 Gladly has started the rollout of changes to how we connect to Ordergroove APIs. Going forward all new Ordergroove apps will connect to the APIs using API Keys and should follow below installation guide.

Obtaining Ordergroove credentials

Follow below steps to obtain Ordergroove Application Key and Merchant ID. You will need them in the next step when connecting Ordergroove to Gladly.

  1. Login to Ordergroove and navigate to https://rc3.ordergroove.com/keys/

  2. Click “Create”

  3. Fill in:

    1. Email: integrations@gladly.com

    2. API key name: e.g. Gladly Production
      Email and API key name fields for integration settings in a user interface.

  4. Select “Yes” for “Should this key be able to query in bulk?”

  5. Agree to “terms and conditions” and click “Save”

  6. You will need the Merchant ID and Application Key in the next step:
    API keys and merchant ID details for Ordergroove integration displayed on a webpage.

Connect Ordergroove to Gladly

From the Apps page, click Add App > Ordergroove.

  1. From the Add New Ordergroove App page, enter the following information:

    • Name – Enter a name that will help you identify the Ordergroov instance.

    • Ordergroove Merchant ID – Enter the Merchant ID from previous step

    • Ordergroove API Key – Enter the API key generated in the previous step

    • Ordergroove API User – Enter the API User ID Ordergroove provided.

    • Overwrite Existing Values – If activated and a Customer Profile is linked to a profile in Ordergroove, Gladly will overwrite the existing name, address, and editable custom attributes in the Customer Profile with data from Ordergroove.

  2. Click Save App. An error will appear if the required fields are not completed; they are highlighted in red. Complete the missing fields and click Save App again.

Next, contact Gladly Support to add the Subscription Card.

Actions

Legacy setup

Actions for Ordergroove are not available with the Legacy Setup.

At the bottom of configuration page you will have the chance to activate Ordergroove Actions.  If activated, allows Agents to perform actions — like cancel subscription, skip next order — without leaving Gladly. Click here for more information about Actions for Ordergroove.
