Who maintains the integration?

The OrderGroove integration with Gladly is built and maintained by Gladly

Basic Scope

Ordergroove works as an extension of your e-commerce platform. Gladly automatically links the Gladly Customer Profile with an Ordergroove Customer (if one exists) after the integration is set up. You’ll see the number of subscriptions a Customer has from their Customer Profile.

Once Ordergroove is connected to Gladly, the following details are displayed in the Customer Profile via the Subscription Transaction Card.

Customer

  • Number of Subscriptions a Customer has.
  • Number of Active Subscriptions a Customer has.

Subscription

  • ID
  • Status
  • Created At
  • Updated At
  • Billing Frequency
  • Next Billing Date
  • Canceled Date (if canceled)
  • Cancellation Reason (if canceled)
  • Price
  • Quantity

Product

  • Product ID
  • Name
  • Image
  • SKU

How the integration works

As a pull-based integration, Gladly pulls Customer and product-level data from Ordergroove and displays them in the Customer profile. Customer Profiles are automatically linked to matching accounts in Ordergroove.

Note - Manual linking is not supported
You cannot manually link a Customer to Ordergroove if automatic linking fails, as Ordergroove does not support this functionality. In this situation, check that the Customer is actually in Ordergroove and that they're linked to the correct Shopify Customer (in Ordergroove system).
