The Ordergroove app is set up from Gladly’s Settings. Connecting your Ordergroove account with an API key is the only required step: the discount toggle defaults to Disabled and the two maximums may be left blank, so the app is fully usable as a card with just the key.
Step 1: Create an Ordergroove API key
In Ordergroove, go to Developers > API Keys and create a key for Gladly. Copy it before closing the page.
The same key is used for the card, the lookup actions and the write actions, so it needs permission both to read and to change subscriptions and orders.
Step 2: Open the Apps settings
In Gladly, go to Settings > Apps. This is where you manage your App Platform integrations.
Step 3: Create a configuration
Click the Create Configuration button. Give the configuration a recognizable name (you’ll see this name across Gladly), and when prompted for the External App, choose the Ordergroove app (gladly.com/Ordergroove-App), picking the latest version available.

Step 4: Enter your API key
Paste the key from Step 1 into API Key.
Step 5: Decide whether to enable one-time discounts
Below the credential are the three discount settings. Leave Enable one-time discounts on Disabled unless you want Team members and Gladly AI to be able to issue goodwill credits from Gladly.
If you do enable it, set at least one maximum. An unset maximum refuses that kind of discount rather than allowing an unlimited one, so a configuration with discounts enabled and both maximums blank will refuse every request. Enter the amounts as plain numbers, without a currency symbol or a percent sign.
Step 6: Activate and save
Switch the configuration from inactive to active and save it, then add the Ordergroove subscriptions card to the Customer Profile layout.
Step 7: Register the agent forms
The twelve forms are a separate, required step. In Org Manager, open External App Forms and register them. Installing the app and placing the card do not surface the forms, and there is no warning if this step is missed: the forms simply never appear in the compose menu. Publishing replaces the whole list, so read the existing rows and add to them rather than overwriting other apps’ forms.
Contact Support
Users assigned the Team Manager or Administrator roles can contact Gladly Support. Log into Gladly as one of these roles, click the hamburger menu on the top-left corner, then click Contact Gladly Support. Gladly Support’s primary operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, but you can submit a request anytime.
Please select the correct business impact (P1 to P4).
Most requests should be sent as a P4.
