The Loop Order Tracking App queries the Loop Order Tracking platform for order and shipment information.

Data Pull initiated → Gladly sends email(s) → Loop API returns orders → Data displayed in Gladly

Data refresh triggers

  • Team member opens a Customer Profile in Gladly Team.

  • Guide requests order data during a Conversation.

  • Rule evaluates order data for routing decisions.

Authentication

Your API Token is included in the request headers. Gladly securely stores and manages API credentials.

Data only integration

It retrieves data but does not perform Actions in Loop Order Tracking. For Actions like generating return links, use the Loop Returns App.

Basic Scope

The Loop Order Tracking App (formerly Wonderment) brings real-time order and shipment tracking into Gladly, enabling team members and customers to:

  • View order and shipment status instantly

  • See carrier information and tracking codes

  • Track multi-package orders with clarity

What data you can access

This data appears in Customer Details Cards and is available in Guides for self-service flows.

Order information

  • Order ID

  • Order name/identifier

  • Shipment URL for tracking page

Shipment details

  • Carrier display name

  • Shipment status

  • Tracking code

Customer matching

Gladly finds a Customer's orders by sending all email addresses from their Customer Profile to Loop. If any email matches an order in Loop, that order appears in Gladly.

Phone numbers are not used for matching; only email addresses work with Loop Order Tracking.

If a Customer Profile has no email addresses, no order data can be retrieved.
