The Fivetran integration is built and maintained by Fivetran.
Basic scope
The connector will call Gladly Rest APIs to retrieve data from Gladly and post the data to your centralized data warehouse or data lake.
How the integration works
Fivetran integration is configured during implementation with your Fivetran Project Manager and Professional Services team. To get started, collect the following data to share with the Fivetran Team:
API token – Token is generated in Gladly
Gladly URL – Your Gladly domain, e.g.,
{YOUR-COMPANY}.us-1.gladly.comEmail address – The email address used for the integration
