Expert Mode

Expert Mode is a feature within the Gladly AI Thread Builder which allows you to update Thread content quickly, in one place. It also allows for content from a single Thread to be copied and pasted into a new Thread.

JSON knowledge is required when working with Expert Mode

Leveraging Expert Mode is only recommended with JS experience.

Access and Use Expert Mode

To utilize Expert Mode, follow the following steps:

1. Select an existing Thread from the Thread List.

2. Click Expert Mode.

3. Modify the JS as needed.

4. Click Save.

When to Use Expert Mode

If you’re comfortable working with JSON, Expert Mode can be helpful in the following scenarios:

1. Copy content from a single Thread

2. Modify all replies within the Thread

3. Modify all rule labels within the Thread

4. Modify all Topics applied within the Thread
