Disconnect Facebook Messenger

Disconnect Facebook Messenger if you no longer wish to receive Facebook Messages in Gladly.

  1. Click on the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under the Channels category, click Facebook Pages. The Facebook Pages page will show you a list of Facebook Pages configured in Gladly.

  4. Hover over the Facebook account and click .

  5. Click Remove from the modal to confirm your request.

  6. Next, log into your company's Facebook account and go to the Business Integrations page.

  7. Click View and Edit next to the Gladly application from the Active tab.

  8. From the modal that appears, scroll down to the bottom and click Remove.
