You can archive (but not delete) Active or Away statuses you are no longer using.
From the Agent Status screen, clickto the right of the status you want to archive, then select Archive.
The status will be moved to the Archived tab.
Unarchive a status
Click the Archived tab.
Clickto the right of the status you want to unarchive, then select Unarchive.
Go back to the Status tab, and you will see the unarchived Agent status there.
