Archive 'Away' and 'Active' Agent Status

You can archive (but not delete) Active or Away statuses you are no longer using.

  1. From the Agent Status screen, clickto the right of the status you want to archive, then select Archive. Overview of agent statuses with options to edit, set default, or archive.

  2. The status will be moved to the Archived tab. Agent status overview showing archived, active, and away statuses for different roles.

Unarchive a status

  1. Click the Archived tab.

  2. Clickto the right of the status you want to unarchive, then select Unarchive. Overview of agent status options with highlighted actions for editing and unarchiving.

  3. Go back to the Status tab, and you will see the unarchived Agent status there.
