Contact Gladly Support to add custom attributes you’d like to use as a Condition in Rules or People Match.
Use the Custom Attributes tool to find attributes supported by apps/external systems already configured by Gladly. Custom attributes configured in your Lookup Adaptor or app but are not configured in Gladly will not appear in this tool. To add attributes to Gladly to match your Lookup Adaptor, contact Gladly Support.
Use the Autolinking + Detailed Workflow debugger to find any attributes not set up in Gladly but your Lookup Adaptor is sending.
