Add and Edit Buttons

Buttons can be added, deleted and reordered within the Ask Question Action Panel in the Thread Builder.

Add a Static Button

1. Click + on the Ask Question Action.

2. Select Send Buttons.

3. In the Action Panel, click + Add Button.

4. Name the button using 50 characters or less. Click + Add Button.

Reorder a Static Button

1. Click on the Static Button you would like to reorder.

2. Drag to the appropriate position.

Delete a Static Button

1. Select the Static Button you would like to delete.

2. Click .

Add a Smart Button

1. Click + on the Ask Question Action.

2. Select Send Buttons.

3. In the Action Panel, click + Add Button.

4. Name the button using 22 characters or less.

5. Click the lightening bolt.

Delete a Smart Button

1. Select the Smart Button you would like to delete.

2. Click .
