The Nash app is set up entirely from Gladly’s Settings – no command-line tools are required. Once set up, your team can look up live Nash delivery status directly within Gladly.
Step 1: Open the Apps settings
In Gladly, go to Settings > Apps. This is where you manage your App Platform integrations.
Step 2: Create a configuration
Click the Create Configuration button. When prompted for the External App, choose the Nash app (gladly.com/nash/v1.0.0).
Step 3: Fill in the configuration fields
Complete the fields in the configuration form:
Nash API key – starts with
nsh-. See Creating the Nash API key below.API base URL – the Nash environment your key belongs to, chosen from a dropdown. Nash provisions accounts per environment and region; a key used against the wrong environment is rejected.
Nash-Org-Id – optional. Only needed if your key has access to more than one Nash organization, to indicate which org the request is for. Leave blank for a single-organization key.

Creating the Nash API key
Create the key in Nash under Settings > Connections > API Keys. Select Generate Key, name it after this integration, and grant it only the Deliveries feature group – set every other feature group to None, as shown below. Nash shows the full key only once, immediately after you save it, so copy it before closing the drawer. Keys are environment-specific: create the key in the same Nash environment you select for the API base URL above.
