Work With Zinrelo Actions

Give your Support Heroes a true command center for getting work done without jumping back and forth between Zinrelo and Gladly. If you’re using Gladly’s integration with Zinrelo, Agents can award and redeem points in Gladly.

Actions Overview

Setup

Actions must be activated on the Zinrelo configuration page.

Toggle switch indicating actions are enabled for agents in Gladly platform settings.

Basic Overview

  1. A Customer's Profile in Gladly is linked to the Zinrelo Profile.

  2. Every time an Agent views the Customer's Profile in Gladly, the latest Customer loyalty information is automatically retrieved from Zinrelo, including available Actions.

    • Gladly uses the Customer's email address to match a Customer in Zinrelo.

    • If automatic sync fails, a manual lookup is available.

  3. An Agent selects an Action and Gladly instructs Zinrelo to perform the Action.

  4. When the Action has been completed, the Customer's Profile information and available actions are refreshed. When the Action has been completed, the Customer's Profile information and available actions are refreshed.

  5. A summary of the Action performed is logged to the Conversation Timeline.

Work with Actions

Award Points

  • Click to see Actions available.

  • Select Award points.

  • Select the Activity Id associated with the award type, then select Award.

  • Points associated with this Activity Id will be added and the Customers Available Points and Earned Points will be updated.

  • Gladly Customer Timeline will be updated.
    Notification indicating points have been awarded successfully for a completed activity.

Redeem Points

  • Click to see Actions available.

  • Select Redeem points.

  • Select the Redemption Id associated with the redemption type, then select Redeem.

  • Points associated with the Redemption Id will be added and the Customers Available Points and Redeemed Points will be updated.

  • Gladly Customer Timeline will be updated.
    Notification confirming successful redemption of points in an activity log.

Constraints

  • All Agents can perform all Actions.

  • Actions are only available for Customers that are linked to Zinrelo.

  • Actions will time out if not completed within 15 seconds.
