Q. Why is my reporting data not current?

You may notice that reports you generated via the Gladly UI or API don't show the most recent data. There is a slight delay in making new data available for reports.

Production

Reports generated via Gladly UI and API in Production have a ~1-hour data latency.

For example, let's say you generated a report at 1:50 PM, and using the half-hourly rollup filter, you would only see data up until 12:00 PM -  12:30. The 12:30 - 1:00 PM increment hasn't finished processing, so you wouldn't see data for 12:50 PM in this scenario.

Sandbox

Data latency for Sandbox can be up to ~4 hours.
