Why can’t I see custom attributes in the Customer Profile?

A Zinrelo Customer is associated with the Gladly Customer by email. The fields will not be populated if the Customer does not have an email address or there is no corresponding Customer in Zinrelo.

If you have already contacted Gladly Support to add the Customer Profile custom attributes and the Zenrelo loyalty fields are still not visible in the UI, please contact Zinrelo.
