Why can’t I call toll-free numbers?

For Gladly VoIP Customers, you won't be able to call other toll-free numbers from Gladly if you're also calling from a toll-free number (1-800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, 833). If you get an error message, use a local or non-toll-free number to call out of Gladly. If you don't have one, contact your Manager.
