Gladly AI searches in plain language. When a Customer asks something like "Do you have this in size 8?" or "Warm jacket for skiing," Gladly AI queries the live Shopify catalog with typo-tolerant, semantic search.
Results come back current and accurate. Product cards render with the real image, current price, working link, and true variant and inventory availability, pulled directly from the store on each request rather than a web page.
