Before you start
Review the following information before you connect Delighted to Gladly.
Make sure you have access to Delighted.
Gather the following information as it's required to set it Delighted:
API token – Token is generated in Gladly
Gladly URL – Your Gladly domain (i.e., {YOUR-COMPANY}.gladly.com}
Email address – The email address used for the integration
Connect Delighted to Gladly
Because this integration is managed by Delighted, complete setup information can be found on their website. Remember that you need to have an API User role in Gladly to get the API tokens.
