Before you start
Review the following information before you connect Returnly with Gladly Sidekick.
Ensure you are logged into the Sidekick Dashboard. Contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation if you need assistance logging into the dashboard.
You will need the following credentials in order to complete the Returnly integration:
API Key
Connect Returnly to Gladly Sidekick within the Sidekick Dashboard
Retrieve the API Key for your Returnly instance.
Click Integrations from the main menu.
Scroll to the Returns section.
Click + Returns Integration.
Select Returnly from the drop-down menu and click Add Integration.
Find the newly populated Returnly integration. Click Authorization.
Input the API Key into the field.
Click Save.
