Before you start
Review the following information before you connect Recurly with Gladly Sidekick.
Ensure you are logged into the Sidekick Dashboard. Contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation if you need assistance logging into the dashboard.
You will need the following credentials in order to complete the Recurly integration:
API Key
Subdomain
Connect Recurly to Gladly Sidekick within the Sidekick Dashboard
Retrieve the API Key and the Subdomain for your Recurly instance.
Click Integrations from the main menu.
Scroll to the Subscription section.
Click + Subscription Integration.
Select Recurly from the drop-down menu and click Add Integration.
Find the newly populated Recurly integration. Click Authorization.
Input the API Key in the field.
Input the Subdomain in the field.
Click Save.
