Before you start
Review the following information before you connect Loop with Gladly Sidekick.
Ensure you are logged into the Sidekick Dashboard. Contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation if you need assistance logging into the dashboard.
You will need the following credential in order to complete the Loop integration:
API Key
Connect Loop to Gladly Sidekick within the Sidekick Dashboard
Retrieve the API Key for your Loop Returns instance.
Click Integrations from the main menu.
Scroll to the Returns section.
Click + Returns Integration.
Select Loop Returns from the drop-down menu and click Add Integration.
Find the newly populated Loop Returns integration. Click Authorization.
Input the API Key in the fields.
Click Save.
