Before you start
Review the following information before you connect Stripe with Gladly Sidekick.
Ensure you are logged into the Sidekick Dashboard. Contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation if you need assistance logging into the dashboard.
You will need the following credentials in order to complete the Stripe integration:
API Key
Connect Stripe to Gladly Sidekick within the Sidekick Dashboard
Retrieve the API Key for your Stripe instance.
Click Integrations from the main menu.
Scroll to the Subscription section.
Click + Subscription Integration.
Select Stripe from the drop-down menu and click Add Integration.
Find the newly populated Stripe integration. Click Authorization.
Input the API Key in the field.
Click Save.
