Reports to Track CoBrowse Sessions

Use the Contact Timestamps report to track cobrowse sessions, and the "Cobrowse Session/Ended" Event Type metric to report on co-browsing activities.

Ended sessions outside of ScreenMeet 

If the Customer ends the ScreenMeet session while the Agent is on a Composer (e.g., chat Composer, SMS Composer) and not on the ScreenMeet Composer, we won't capture the End Session event.
