Who maintains the integration

The Recharge integration is built and maintained by Gladly.

Basic scope

Gladly pulls Customer and product-level data from Recharge as a pull-based integration and displays them in the Customer profile. Customer Profiles are automatically linked (if auto-linking is enabled) to matched accounts in Recharge. Agents can also link a Customer Profile to Recharge manually.

How the integration works

Once Recharge is connected to Gladly, the following details are displayed in the Customer Profile via the Subscription Transaction Card.

Customer

  • Number of Subscriptions a Customer has.

  • Number of Active Subscriptions a Customer has.

Subscription

  • ID

  • Status

  • Created At

  • Updated At

  • Billing Interval Frequency

  • Billing Interval Unit

  • Next Billing Date

  • Canceled Date (if canceled)

  • Cancellation Reason (if canceled)

  • Price

  • Quantity

Product

  • Product ID

  • Name

  • Image

  • SKU
