Quickly access the Answers you use the most—regardless of the Answer type, Audience, or Language by marking them as favorites. Favorited Answers appear first every time the Answers Panel is opened and are indicated by a star icon.
Mark Answer as a favorite
From any Customer Profile, click to open the Answers Panel.
Use the search feature to find an Answer you need.
Click next to an Answer to mark it as a favorite.
You can favorite multiple Answers at the same time.
Favorited Answers appears first the next time the Answers Panel is opened from any Customer Profile.
Note - Clearing browser cookies also clears the favorite list
Favorited Answers are locally stored in the web browser. Clearing the browser cookies removes favorited Answers.
View Answers favorite list
From any Customer Profile, click to open the Answers Panel.
All Favorited Answers appear first.
Favorited Answers disappear when you start a search, and results appear (which may include favorited Answers). Clearing the search field opens the favorite list again.
Remove an Answer from the favorite list
Hover over the Answer from the favorite list.
Click so it turns to indicating the Answer has been removed from the favorite list.
Favorite Answers FAQs
Why are my favorite Answers empty whenever I log out and back into Gladly?
Check your browser settings to ensure it's not set up to clear cookies and site history every time the browser is closed. Clearing cookies also clear favorited Answers.
How many Answers can be favorited?
As many as needed, a scroll bar appears to scroll through a longer favorite list.
Can Gladly Administrator favorite Answers for Agents?
No. Agents must favorite the Answers they use the most.
Can Answers be favorited specifically by Audience or Language?
Favorited Answers are shown in the same favorite list regardless of the Answer's type, Audience, or Language.
