Mark Answers as Favorite

Quickly access the Answers you use the most — regardless of the Answer Type, Audience, or Language — by marking them as a favorite. Favorited Answers appear first every time the Answers Pane is opened.
Mark Answer as a favorite
- From any Customer Profile, click the book icon to open the Answers Pane.
- Use the search feature to find an Answer you need.
- Click the star icon next to an Answer to mark it as a favorite.
- You can favorite multiple Answers at the same time.
Favorited Answered appears first the next time the Answers Pane is opened from any Customer Profile.
Note - Clearing browser cache also clears the favorite list
Favorited Answers are locally stored in the web browser. Clearing the browser cache removes favorited Answers.
View Answers favorite list
- From any Customer Profile, click the book icon to open the Answers Pane.
- All Favorited Answers appear first.
Favorited Answers disappear when you start a search, and results appear (which may include favorited Answers). Clearing the search field opens the favorite list again.
Remove an Answer from the favorite list
- Hover over the Answer from the favorite list.
- Click the star icon, and the Answer disappears, indicating the Answer is removed from the list.
- The star icon becomes an outline indicating the Answer is removed from the favorite list.
- The star icon becomes an outline indicating the Answer is removed from the favorite list.
Favorite Answers FAQs
How many Answers can be favorited?
- As many as needed, a scroll bar appears to scroll through a longer favorite list.
Can Gladly Administrator favorite Answers for Agents?
- No. Agents must favorite the Answers they use the most.
Can Answers be favorited specifically by Audience or Language?
- Favorited Answers are shown in the same favorite list regardless of the Answer's type, Audience, or Language.
