Access the Answers Panel

The Answers Panel is where you can quickly open and find the Answer that you need without leaving an active Conversation.

You can open the Answers Panel by doing the following:

1. Click on the top right corner of the Conversation Timeline. This opens the Answers Panel on the right side of the screen. 
   

   • You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + / (for Windows) or Cmd + / (for Mac).

   • Another option is to click on the Composer.
     

Close the Answers Panel

Click again to close the Answers Panel. To hide the pane, hit esc on your keyword.
