As you know, there are four Answer types that you can use, but it doesn't mean every Answer will be available for every Answer type. For example, you might find an Answer Type made as a Reference but not Public.
You’ll be able to tell which ones exist — and which don’t — based on the icon's color at the bottom of each Answer.
- GRAY – If a certain type of Answer doesn’t exist, the icon will be grayed out, and you won’t be able to click on it.
- BLACK – If that Answer type exists, the icon will be black, and you will be able to click on it.
- GREEN – If the icon is green, with a green line above it, it means that the Answer type is currently selected.
View an Answer Type
To select a specific type of Answer, just click on its icon at the bottom of the Answer. Hover over the icon to see the type of Answer you are viewing.
