Identify Integrated Systems

Quickly and easily identify which external systems Gladly can pull Customer information from through the Customer Profile.

Multiple Integrations

Because Gladly can connect to many external systems, we make it easy to identify where a Customer's information is coming from. If there are two or more systems where Customer information is received from, a simple hover over the Customer avatar in the Customer Profile shows which external system(s) a Customer is connected to.

Single Integration

For single external system integration, the Customer Profile shows the external-id in the Customer Profile instead of the name of the integrated system. This field is hidden in a multiple integration setup.

External Customer ID (external-id) is a unique identifier assigned by an external system to a Customer record which Gladly uses to identify a Customer and display information in the Customer Profile. This ID is a string of characters that may look something like 2966800793736 or smHPU0-BTZC-acCT55YDYA, which appears in the Customer Profile.
