Contact Gladly Support if you experience issues using Segment in Gladly.
Users assigned the Team Manager or Administrator roles can contact Gladly Support. Log into Gladly as one of these roles, click.svg?sv=2022-11-02&spr=https&st=2026-03-10T22%3A09%3A09Z&se=2026-03-10T22%3A20%3A09Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wBdbWcwnGectkidlnnl6Rbqa%2FcrDErd1dXz60zfGfLM%3D)
on the top-left corner, then click Contact Gladly Support. Gladly Support's primary operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, but you can submit a request anytime.
