Remailer allows multiple email addresses to appear as coming from the same address. For example, with remailer, inbound emails from [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] show as coming from [email protected]. With remailer configured, a single email can be 'scattered' across multiple Customer Profiles without causing information to be lost.
Contact Gladly Support to set up remailer.
Users assigned the Team Manager or Administrator roles can contact Gladly Support. Log into Gladly as one of these roles, click
on the top-left corner, then click Contact Gladly Support. Gladly Support's primary operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, but you can submit a request anytime.
