SMS Campaign recipients can opt-out of future SMS Campaigns by replying Stop, Unsubscribe, or Cancel. If they opt-out, you’ll be unable to contact them via SMS unless they contact you via SMS or reply with Unstop, Start, Yes to start receiving messages again.
