There is currently no OOTB report available for Proactive SMS Campaigns.
Generally speaking, when communicating with Customers via SMS, no report shows whether an SMS was received by the Customer or not. Proactive SMS uses the exact mechanism to send SMSes in bulk to Customers.
However, we can see the send status of your SMS Campaign. Customers included in the Campaign will see the SMS appear in their Conversation Timeline.
