What’s the maximum number of SMSes Gladly can send?

Proactive Email can send a maximum of eight emails per minute per Campaign, which is 40 emails every five minutes and equals 480 emails per hour. So, if you have 500 recipients on a Campaign, it will take a little over an hour to send emails. This is done to prevent your emails from being tagged as spam and this limit cannot be changed. Also, if a specific outreach end date/time is configured, not everyone in your recipient list may be messaged if the list is too large and ends too soon, considering the email send limits.
