What’s the maximum number of SMSes Gladly can send?

Proactive SMS Campaigns can send a maximum of eight SMSes per minute, which is 40 SMSes every five minutes and equals 480 SMSes per hour. So if you have 500 recipients on a Campaign, it will take a little over an hour to send SMSes. This is done to prevent your SMSes from being tagged as spam and this limit cannot be changed. Also, if a specific outreach end date/time is configured, it’s possible that not everyone in your recipient list is messaged if the list is too large and it ends too soon considering the SMS send limits.
