Before you start
Review the following information before you connect Ship Hero with Gladly Sidekick.
Ensure you are logged into the Sidekick Dashboard. Contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation if you need assistance logging into the dashboard.
You will need the following credentials in order to complete the Ship Hero integration:
Auth Token
Connect Ship Hero to Gladly Sidekick within the Sidekick Dashboard
Retrieve the Auth Token for your Ship Hero instance.
Click Integrations from the main menu.
Scroll to the Generic section.
Click + Generic Integration.
Select Ship Hero from the drop-down menu and click Add Integration.
Find the newly populated Ship Hero integration. Click Authorization.
Input the Auth Token into the field.
Click Save.
