Before you start
Review the following before installing the Okendo app:
Administrator permission in Gladly is required to complete the
installation.
You will need your Okendo User ID and an API Key. Both are found in
the Okendo app under Settings > Integrations > API.
Install the Okendo app
1. In Gladly, go to Settings > App Developer Tools > Apps.
2. Click Create a Configuration.
3. Select Okendo from the App dropdown.
4. Enter your Okendo User ID and API Key in the configuration form.
5. Save the configuration.
Once the configuration is saved, the Okendo Loyalty and Okendo Reviews Cards can be added to the Customer Details layout, the Okendo Data Pulls become available to your Guides, and the Reply to Review action becomes available to team members.
Contact Gladly Support for help configuring the Customer Profile with these new additions.

on the top-left corner, then click Contact Gladly Support. Gladly Support's primary operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, but you can submit a request anytime.
