Chat history refers to the previous Chat Conversations of a Customer being available within the Chat.
For authenticated users:
Chat history for iOS & Android SDKs is configurable. The default length of time when history is stored is 24 hours.
Chat history for Web JS SDK is not configurable and is set at 24 hours.
Otherwise, history is not stored and available to Customers.
