Simplr’s platform syncs directly with Gladly. All Conversations still get routed directly to Gladly. Conversations in scope for Simplr get routed to the Simplr platform for a specialist to handle. Once the specialist responds, their response is logged back in Gladly for full visibility. Simplr also provides a performance dashboard for you to have visibility into all Conversations that Simplr is handling with associated CSAT scores.
